This notice explains the limited information handled through the Yellowwood Villas website and what happens when you choose to continue to an independently operated service.
Who is responsible
Yellowwood Villas (Pty) Ltd is the Responsible Party for the personal information that it decides to process. For a privacy question or a request about your personal information, emailinfo@yellowwoodvillas.co.za.
Netlify hosts the website. When your browser requests a page, Netlify may process technical request information such as your IP address, the requested address, date and time, browser or device information, and the referring page. This information supports delivery, security, reliability, and fault diagnosis. Yellowwood Villas may access relevant service logs when maintaining the site.
Read Netlify’s privacy statementIf you choose the light or dark theme, the site saves the valuelight or dark under thelocalStorage key theme in your browser. It is used only to apply your chosen appearance, stays on your device until you change it or clear browser storage, and is not sent to Yellowwood Villas or stored in a server account.
The site’s public content and source are kept in a private GitHub repository and deployed to Netlify. Authorised Editors and the Technical Maintainer use individual GitHub accounts to publish and maintain that content. Ordinary visitors do not need a GitHub account, and the public pages do not embed GitHub content or send visitor contact details to GitHub.

You choose whether to contact Yellowwood Villas. If you do, it may receive the name and contact details you use, the contents of your message, and information needed to respond to your Enquiry or assist with your stay. Without enough contact and request information, Yellowwood Villas may be unable to respond or provide the requested assistance.
Your choice to continue
A link does not load the provider inside this website. The provider receives information when you choose its link or use its service. Each provider independently operates its destination and processes information under its own terms and privacy notice. Yellowwood Villas does not control that independent processing.
When the hosted Booking Journey is activated, choosing it will take you to NightsBridge for live availability, Reservation details, and any payment step. NightsBridge operates that service and decides how it processes information within its service. Yellowwood Villas receives Reservation information needed to provide the accommodation service.

The Location page shows the verified address and offers an outbound link to the property pin in Google Maps. This website does not embed a map. Google independently operates the map destination and processes your use of it.

Your application, email provider, network, or carrier independently processes the communication under its own arrangements. Yellowwood Villas receives the message or call and the information you choose to share.
