Settle in

En-Suite Two-Bedroom at Yellowwood Villas accommodates up to six guests, with a maximum of five adults, plus one infant in a camp cot available on request. Each bedroom can be configured with one king-size bed or two single beds and has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. There are no baths. The lounge includes a double sleeper couch that sleeps one adult and one child.

The open-plan kitchen and lounge open onto a private covered patio with a dining table and braai. The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware and crockery; there is no oven. Guests have a private entrance and garden, fibre Wi-Fi, a smart television and two allocated gated parking spaces.

Solar and battery backup supports ordinary electricity outages. Tank water supplies the accommodation during municipal water outages but is not suitable for drinking. There is a step at the entrance and a step onto the patio.

Maximum six guests, including no more than five adults, plus one infant using a camp cot available on request. Children count towards the six-guest maximum; the infant does not. The double sleeper couch accommodates one adult and one child. No extra beds are available.

Policy Summaries

Reservations, payment, and cancellation

A Reservation is confirmed only when NightsBridge issues confirmation. Payment is by EFT. A 50% deposit is required, with the balance due seven days before check-in or full payment required when reserving within seven days of arrival. The standard NightsBridge cancellation schedule charges 25% of the deposit at 22–30 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit at 15–21 days, 100% of the deposit at 8–14 days, and 100% of the Reservation total within seven days. Single-night stays are marked non-refundable in NightsBridge. These percentages distinguish the deposit from the full Reservation value. Applicable law and the Booking Terms presented by NightsBridge govern the final charge. Live prices, restrictions, payment arrangements, and final applicable terms are shown by NightsBridge.

Arrival and access

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement but is not guaranteed. Gate and key lock-box codes are sent privately before arrival. Keep the codes confidential and contact the On-site Manager if you need access assistance.

Occupancy and house rules

Grand Two-Bedroom accommodates up to six guests, with a maximum of five adults, plus one infant using a camp cot available on request. One-Bedroom accommodates up to four guests, with a maximum of two adults, plus one infant using a camp cot available on request. En-Suite Two-Bedroom accommodates up to six guests, with a maximum of five adults, plus one infant using a camp cot available on request. Its double sleeper couch sleeps one adult and one child. Studio accommodates up to two adults and two children, plus one infant using a camp cot available on request. Its double sleeper couch sleeps two children. Children count towards each accommodation’s guest maximum; the infant does not. The lead guest must be at least 18 and must stay at the Accommodation Unit. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00, and visitors require prior approval. Use only wood or charcoal in the braai, keep the area ventilated, never leave the fire unattended, supervise children, and extinguish the fire fully after use.

Utilities, housekeeping, and security

During municipal water outages, tank water supplies all taps, toilets, the shower, and hot water, but it is not suitable for drinking. Optional housekeeping is available with one day's notice for R100 per day. Linen is changed every four days and towels every two days at no additional charge. Exterior security cameras monitor gate entrances and parking without audio. Footage is retained for seven days and may be accessed by the On-site Manager when necessary.
